Jack Newby - Strategic Client Director

Jack Newby joined Enterprise Integration in the role of Project Manager in May 2006.  During 2007, he was promoted to Manager, Account Management for the organization supporting our largest client, CSX.  In 2008, he took on his current role of Client Services Director - CSX.  Prior to joining EI, he worked for twenty years in various positions with CSX Technology providing end user support and improving the end user experience.  During his tenure at CSX Technology, Jack gained experience through many different roles including Operations Media Specialist, Desktop Support Engineer, Executive Support Specialist, Team Lead & Project Manager for Desktop support, Strategic Enterprise Architect and Windows Server Engineer.

Jack has attended Florida Community College of Jacksonville and University of North Florida pursuing a degree in Business.

Born in Louisville, Kentucky, Jack enjoys spending time with family and being an active member of his church.  He is also an avid cyclist, winning the 2000 Florida State MTB Championship.
