Kim Steigelman - Director Human Resources

Kim Steigelman joined Enterprise Integration in the role of Manager, Human Resources / Account Manager in 2004.  In 2005, she was promoted to Director of Human Resources for the organization.  Prior to joining EI, she worked as Human Resources/Benefits Manager for Haskell (2003-2004), and multiple HR positions (Administrative Support, HR Generalist and HR Manager) for CSX Technology (1994-2003). 

Kim attended New England College where she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English.  In addition, she attended Webster University where she earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.  She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in December 2004. 

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, Kim enjoys spending her free time with family, and rollerblading.
