Mike Israel - Director of Business Development

Mike Israel joined Enterprise Integration in the role of Director of Business Development in May 2009. Prior to joining EI, Mike spent 11 years with ATS Services where he built and ran two successful business units. With ATS Executive Search, Mike helped a variety of national and international clients identify and recruit mid-senior level executives for various functional positions. With Nimbus Recruiting, he pioneered outsourced high volume recruiting solutions for revenue generating positions. Between 2005 and 2009, Mike sold and delivered in excess of $10M of recruiting solutions to a national client base.

Mike attended Ithaca College where he earned a B.S. in Applied Psychology.

Born in Freehold, NJ, Mike has resided in Florida for 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Mike serves as the Placement Chair of the Business Advisory Council for University of North Florida’s Coggin College of Business. He also is the PR Chair for the Rotary Club of St. Johns County. In 2002, Mike was selected as one of the 40 under 40 through the Jacksonville Business Journal.
